Acceptable Use Policy for Tipu by 4E's™

    You must use Tipu by 4E's™ lawfully, responsibly, and only for authorised purposes. You must ensure that information uploaded, entered, or shared through Tipu by 4E's™ is accurate, relevant, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for the purpose for which the platform is being used.

    You must not use Tipu by 4E's™ to breach any law, privacy obligation, or contractual restriction; access data or functions without authorisation; interfere with the operation, performance, or security of the platform; attempt to bypass security controls; or upload, store, or share harmful, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.

    You must protect your login details, use any authentication measures required by Tipu by 4E's™, including SSO, passkeys, or MFA where applicable, and promptly report any suspected unauthorised access, credential compromise, or suspicious activity. Tipu by 4E's™ may monitor use of the platform, investigate suspected misuse, and suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or other affected persons.

    1. Purpose

    This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the standards that apply to the use of Tipu by 4E's™.

    2. Lawful and authorised use

    You must use Tipu by 4E's™ only for lawful and properly authorised purposes and only in a way that is consistent with your role, permissions, and applicable policies.

    3. Information you upload

    You must ensure that information uploaded, entered, or shared through Tipu by 4E's™ is accurate, relevant, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for the purpose for which Tipu by 4E's™ is being used.

    4. Security responsibilities

    You must protect your login details, use authentication measures required by Tipu by 4E's™, including SSO, passkeys, or MFA where applicable, and promptly report any suspected unauthorised access, credential compromise, or suspicious activity.

    5. Prohibited use

    You must not use Tipu by 4E's™ to:

    • Breach any law, regulation, contractual obligation, or privacy obligation;
    • Upload, store, or share harmful, unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, defamatory, or infringing content;
    • Access data or functions for which you do not have authorisation;
    • Interfere with the operation, performance, or security of the platform;
    • Attempt to test, bypass, or defeat security controls without express written authority;
    • Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or other harmful or disruptive material.

    6. Privacy and confidentiality

    You must handle personal information and confidential information responsibly and only access, use, or disclose such information where authorised and for a legitimate purpose.

    7. Monitoring and enforcement

    Tipu by 4E's™ may monitor use of the platform, investigate suspected misuse, and suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, its users, or other affected persons.

    8. Breach of this Policy

    A breach of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of content, notification to the relevant organisation, and any other action reasonably considered necessary or permitted by law.

    9. Changes to this Policy

    Tipu by 4E's™ may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time by publishing an amended version on the platform or website.
